Title: USAS Sales Manager
Supervisor: USAS Sales Director
Location: Naples, FL OR Atlanta, GA

Job Summary: Working closely with the Sales Director, the sales manager is responsible for strategically selling booth space and directory advertising, cultivating relationships, and managing day to day sales activities across the US Antiques portfolio resulting in market growth and value.

Essential Functions/Job Duties: (List is not all-inclusive; additional duties will be assigned as required).
•Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize sales results. Establish sales targets (overall, monthly and weekly) with Sales Director.
•Sell booth space and show directory ad space via face-to-face visits, telephone calls, and written communications.
•Identify and attend appropriate competitive shows to solicit prospects and strengthen industry ties.
•Provide prospect leads in a timely manner to sales coordinators for data entry.
•Analyze sales reports to track current progress and historical comparisons.
•Manage allocation of booth space and floor plan changes.
•Assign tasks to sales coordinators as authorized by Sales Director.
•Assist exhibitors, floor managers and show office personnel on-site.
•Floor manage on-site, as needed.
•Perform all other duties as assigned per needs of show team.

Experience/Education:
A minimum of 5 years successful consumer/trade show sales experience in the antiques, jewelry or interior design markets highly preferred; Degree in Business/Sales Administration or Event Management preferred.

Skills and Abilities:
•Ability to sell face to face and by telephone, with a proven track record in strategically targeting appropriate prospects and closing sales.
•Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a proven track record in creating and building relationships.
•Strong oral and written communication skills required.
•Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail in a deadline driven, team-oriented work environment.
•Self-starter who can also take input and direction well and is motivated in a collaborative work environment.
•EBMS experience or other similar CRM program experience strongly preferred.
•Computer savvy and in depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products including: Word and Excel.
•Ability to travel up to seven weeks per year to assigned shows, as well as travel to competing shows.
•Competent in performing Internet research and must have excellent data-entry skills.
