TITLE: Sales Manager – Kitchen & Bath
SUPERVISOR: Vice President, Kitchen & Bath Group
LOCATION: Alpharetta, GA

JOB SUMMARY:
The sales manager is responsible for overseeing a territory of key accounts and the day-to-day operations of the sales staff, including inside sales representatives and outside representatives and has overall operational responsibility for achieving sales goals for the group.

JOB FUNCTIONS:
•Manage day-to-day sales operation with a focus on achieving exhibit sales and sponsorship revenue goals.
•Maintain sales reporting systems (i.e. forecasts) with sales representatives and supply Group VP with weekly sales updates, as needed.
•Responsible for a specified number of “national/high profile” accounts that require travel.
•Represent the brand at industry tradeshows and meetings as needed.
•Assist Group VP in the development and execution of the annual exhibit sales plan.
•Assist Group VP in developing the brand strategy.
•Supervise and mentor the sales team.

•Able to establish relationships at all levels or the organization including the most senior level.
•Successfully manage people to achieve performance goals.
•Excellent people management skills: conflict resolution, coaching and developing
•Promote teamwork and manage performance.
•Able to establish and maintain highly-motivated sales and work environment.
•Experience with sales automation software, database marketing and sales (Excel, Word and Goldmine).
•Effective written, verbal and presentation skills—essential.
•Team player.
•Able to develop new lines of revenue.
•High energy and self-motivated contributor.
•Track record of success.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
•BA or BS degree is required.
•5 years sales territory management with superior results.
•3-5 years of tradeshow experience or a background in the kitchen and bath industry.
