REPORTS TO: Operations Director
LOCATION: White Plains, NY
Ensure all trade show operations/logistical efforts are executed efficiently and in a cost-effective manner.
•Manage the planning and execution of all assigned events.
•Develop, monitor and maintain event budgets and expenses.
•Create RFP’s, review and analyze proposals, negotiate and manage ancillary vendor contracts.
•Review and assist with the implementation of facility and hotel contracts.
•Correspond with exhibitors/vendors as needed and provide clear communication.
•Develop the show design concepts working with marketing and the General Service Contractor.
•Manage all on-site operational aspects and maintain relationships with contractors, facilities, hotels, magazine partners, association partners and Emerald Expositions personnel.
•Develop sponsorship profit and loss statements, manage details and execute sponsorship fulfillment.
•Communicate and coordinate with other departments relating to operation functions and procedures.
•Manage all housing requirements.

•College degree and 5 years equivalent industry experience
•Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat and PowerPoint
•Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
•Strong oral and written communication skills
•Excellent customer service skills
•Creative background or experiences
•Able to travel at, at times, extensively
