Marketing Coordinator – U.S. Antique Show

Essential Functions/Job Duties:
Websites

  • Update show websites in word press
  • Upload forms, advertisements, sponsor ads, gallery updates and sliders to all USAS sites
  • Post floor plans for all sites
  • Upload show directory through ISSU to show sites three weeks prior to event
  • Provide image management and resizing assistance as needed for various projects
  • Submit sponsor ads to EE contact, complete IO
  • Point of contact for digital team for issues relating to the sites
  • Set up USAS Mobile App (Guidebook) for OMBAS and any other show which adopts the app
  • Respond to all inquiries received from attendees to show.info@usantiqueshows.com

Social Media

  • Create messaging and schedule posts for USAS’ 9 Facebook pages, Twitter, Instagram, You Tube and Google + accounts
  • Work with graphic designer to keep headers up to date

Show Directory

  • Work with Marketing Manager to gather ads for show directory
  • Work with customers and graphic designer to update/create new ads as requested

Public Relations

  • Provide dates and information to approximately 300 publications for all USAS events
  • Contact publications for editorial calendars as needed

Attendee/Exhibitor Mailings

  • Solicit printer quotes and manage production and quantities of all printed materials including comp passes and postcards
  • Coordinate distribution for mailings with external Mail House
  • Pull data for mail house for each show (Nutshell)
  • Manage outside vendor to fulfill comp pass and postcard order fulfillment as requests as received (30 – 500 per show)
  • Maintain/update mail lists after every show (Nutshell)

Ticketing

  • Work with ticketing provider to create and track discount codes for all events
  • Work with Graphic Designer to provide show graphics for ticketing websites

CRM Marketing Management

  • Generate campaigns from the Issue to Issue (TMM), Missing Advertisers (IMS) and New Exhibitors (GM & Salesforce) and then push campaigns to Publisher for assignment to reps
  • Monitors email bounces and returned direct mail to manage database cleanup
  • Provides Publishers with a list of bounces/returned mail
  • Update marketing lists in TMM and GM/Salesforce (Exhibitors) for advertising sales email/direct mail efforts

Skills/Abilities:

  • College degree or relevant work experience in marketing or project management
  •  Strong experience in Word Press website platform
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter who can work quickly on simultaneous projects, takes input and direction well and is comfortable with a collaborative work environment
  • Ability to travel possible five weeks per year to our largest events in Miami, Las Vegas and New York
